Ultra chic, ultra-hip, ultra-new two-bedroom vacation suite located on Lake Street in Picton, above the Agrarian Market. 15-minute drive to the beach, and around a 10-minute walk to downtown Picton for shopping, restaurants, cafes, live entertainment, and the historic Regent Theatre. This loft accommodates a maximum of 4 persons (local by-law 4518-2019). Cleaning and linens are included. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SPACE AND AMENITIES:

  • LINENS & CLEANING ARE INCLUDED, however before checkout, ALL guests are expected to do their dishes, remove all food, take out the garbage/recycling, move items back to original spots, and to leave the cottage tidy
  • Sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen linens, pillows, blankets are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
  • Toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, garbage/recycling bags, and BBQ propane are supplied
  • ONE beach pass is included for use during your stay
  • Guests are expected to bring their own personal supplies such as bath soap and shampoo etc
  • Drinking Water: The water supply is municipally treated so it should be safe for drinking
  • Features Available: Wi-Fi, TV/Blu-ray, Netflix, central air conditioning, laundry, dishwasher

  • Shared entry to lower level, but the loft staircase and entry to the loft are for your use alone.

    Lake Street Loft is conveniently located above the Agrarian Market where you can purchase a wide variety of cheese, charcuterie, fresh-baked bread and pastries, meals-to-go, locally grown produce, preserves, cheese, and more! The LCBO and a convenience store are also close at hand. If you enjoy nature walks or an early morning stroll, the Millennium Trail has an access point nearby. One beach pass is included in your rental, so head to the Sandbanks for a beach day in the sun.


    If you're looking for adventure, tour the wineries, shop and browse in the boutiques, artisan and antique shops, dine out at a fine restaurant or pub, play a round of golf, tour the County on bicycle, check out the local farm markets, or spoil yourself at one of the local spas. Picton is the core of Prince Edward County and all that it offers so the location of Lake Street Loft is ideal for cycling enthusiasts, beach bums, winery tourists, and anyone looking for an island adventure.
