Ultra chic, ultra-hip, ultra-new two-bedroom vacation suite located on Lake Street in Picton, above the Agrarian Market. 15-minute drive to the beach, and around a 10-minute walk to downtown Picton for shopping, restaurants, cafes, live entertainment, and the historic Regent Theatre. This loft accommodates a maximum of 4 persons (local by-law 4518-2019). Cleaning and linens are included. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SPACE AND AMENITIES:

LINENS & CLEANING ARE INCLUDED, however before checkout, ALL guests are expected to do their dishes, remove all food, take out the garbage/recycling, move items back to original spots, and to leave the cottage tidy

Sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen linens, pillows, blankets are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, garbage/recycling bags, and BBQ propane are supplied

ONE beach pass is included for use during your stay

Guests are expected to bring their own personal supplies such as bath soap and shampoo etc

Drinking Water: The water supply is municipally treated so it should be safe for drinking

Shared entry to lower level, but the loft staircase and entry to the loft are for your use alone.

We require the names of all occupants and the ages of any children in compliance with a local by-law

Lake Street Loft is conveniently located above the Agrarian Market where you can purchase a wide variety of cheese, charcuterie, fresh-baked bread and pastries, meals-to-go, locally grown produce, preserves, cheese, and more! The LCBO and a convenience store are also close at hand. If you enjoy nature walks or an early morning stroll, the Millennium Trail has an access point nearby. One beach pass is included in your rental, so head to the Sandbanks for a beach day in the sun.
