Nestled in the trees on the edge of the charming village of Bloomfield, you'll find this delightful century home aptly named County Escape on Corey. What could be better than a village retreat with Bloomfield shops, restaurants, and cafes only a few steps away? Even better yet, it's only a 10 minute drive to Sandbanks Provincial Park and less than 10 minutes to Picton where you'll find all your vacation supplies. This central location is also ideal if you're planning to tour the local wineries and breweries or do some shopping at local artisan shops.

This three bedroom, country style home features an open concept and light-filled living room, dining area, and modern kitchen as well as a den, laundry area, and powder room on the main floor. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the most distinctive features of this lovely home are the beautiful re-finished pine floors in most of the rooms. Outdoor space includes a shady backyard deck where you can dine al fresco or enjoy a refreshing beverage while watching the young at heart attempt a game of badminton or croquet. Perhaps you'd like to stretch out in the hammock for an afternoon nap. In the evening, you'll delight at watching the sun set over the fields while roasting marshmallows around the backyard fire-pit.

Only a few blocks away is the Bloomfield Mill Pond and the Bloomfield Park with a playground, outdoor theatre, and tennis courts with evening lighting. Take a stroll into the village downtown where you'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes & tearooms, an ice cream shop, boutiques, artisan studios, antiques, bicycle shop, public library, and a bank. The Millenium Trail is easily accessible from Stanley Street where there's also a farm market with fresh local produce.

Discover other attractions of Prince Edward County within a short drive of Bloomfield. Spacious living room with leather sectional and comfortable lounge chairs.

Board games and books are also provided for your entertainment.

Sun filled den offers some quiet space as well as additional sleeping space on the single daybed. A barn style door pulls across to provide privacy.

Linens, Supplies & Cleaning
  • Blankets, pillows, bath mats, and kitchen linens are provided. Sheets and towels are NOT included but can be provided for a fee (sheets $17/set, towels $8.50/set). Please bring your own beach towels.
  • Toilet paper, paper towels, liquid hand soap, body wash, dish soap, laundry & dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper, and garbage bags will be supplied.
  • Drinking Water – The water supply is municipally treated so it should be safe for drinking.
  • Cleaning service is NOT included but can be provided for a fee ($75)
