If you're seeking a quiet setting surrounded by nature, Harry's Hollow is the place for you. This cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 persons age 10 and over, additional sleeping for 2 more persons age 9 and under (local by-law 4518-2019). Cleaning is included. Linens are NOT included but can be added for a fee. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SPACE AND AMENITIES:


  • Accommodates a maximum of 4 persons age 10 and over, additional sleeping for 2 more persons age 9 and under (local by-law 4518-2019)
  • CLEANING IS INCLUDED, however before checkout, ALL guests are expected to do their dishes, remove all food, take out the garbage/recycling, move items back to original spots, and to leave the cottage tidy
  • LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED but can be added for a fee. (sheets 21.00/set; towels 11.00/set)
  • Pillows, & blankets are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
  • Toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, garbage/recycling bags, and BBQ propane are supplied
  • ONE beach pass is included for use during your stay
  • Guests are expected to bring their own personal supplies such as bath soap, shampoo, hair dryer etc.
  • Drinking Water: The water supply comes from a well, therefore Ontario water regulations advise that you either purchase drinking water or boil it before using it for drinking.
  • Features Available: Wi-Fi, TV, DVD
  • Features NOT Available: laundry, dishwasher, air conditioning, cable/satellite
  • Responsible pet owners with one dog are welcome. Pet fee applies $75/week/pet or $16/night/pet. No cats please. Medium dog crate is stored in the garage
  • Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a booking
  • We require the names of all occupants and the ages of any children in compliance with a local by-law
  • Check-in 4:00 pm; Check-out 11:00 am

Harry's Hollow is a solar-powered cabin featuring a spacious open concept eat-in kitchen plus living room with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and vaulted ceiling. This very private and unique 'Off-Grid' country cabin is the vacation home of Harry the dog and your pooch is welcome here too. You will enjoy a large sun-porch, two bedrooms, a 3 pc bathroom, and a separate Bunkie with two double beds - so there's plenty of space for get-togethers with family and friends. 

Enjoy your morning coffee in the sun porch while listening to the sounds of nature. After a day of fun and adventure, grill a summer feast on the BBQ, dine alfresco on the deck, followed by marshmallow roasting and storytelling around the campfire. In cooler weather, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace for a truly relaxing experience. And if you're planning to spend some time at the beach, you're only a 15 min drive from the Sandbanks Provincial Park and ONE beach pass is available to use during your stay. 

Located in a quiet rural area close to tranquil Point Petre on 33 acres with walking trails and two ponds, there is no shortage of space to explore. Nearby are the hamlets of Cherry Valley and Milford where you'll discover convenience stores, a bistro/restaurant, public library, playground, and Mount Tabor Playhouse. The town of Picton is less than 20 minutes away where you'll find groceries and all the basic supplies you'll need for your vacation. 

While you're visiting Prince Edward County, take advantage of the wonderful scenery & country roads, sand dunes & beaches, golf courses, fishing, festivals & farm markets that the County offers. Enjoy a day of tasting and discovery at local wineries and fine dining establishments. Visit the museums, theatre, art galleries, artisans, and antique shops that abound. You won't want to leave and you'll definitely want to return!

Eat-in Kitchen - fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare your meals; fridge & propane stove, toaster, microwave, drip coffee-maker, kettle, pots & pans, dishes, cutlery & utensils. Small breakfast table here will seat up to four.

Dining area - next to kitchen in the enclosed sun porch. Large dining table seats up to six.

Living Room

Large, open cabin style living room with plenty of comfortable seating options. Includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a selection of movies (no cable or satellite service).

During the cooler months, cozy up beside a wood fire in the floor to ceiling natural stone fireplace.

Other Rooms

Sun Porch - Enclosed with optional screening for cooling breezes and bug free evenings. Features a comfortable sitting area with sofa and chairs, two ceiling fans, plus a dining table that seats six.
