Enjoy your vacation at this pet friendly waterfront home and be close to area attractions and amenities. This charming waterfront home is a year round retreat located within a 15 minute walk of the beach and about a 20 minute drive from the conveniences of Picton. Brookhaven House is located next to County Road 18 on the west end of East Lake and near the gates of the Sandbanks Outlet Beach. A beach pass is included with your rental. 

Brookhaven House is ideal for gatherings of family and friends and it offers plenty of outdoor space. The water view deck complete with dining table adjoins the wrap-around veranda and there’s a screened area with comfy lounge chairs too. The covered veranda is accessible from the kitchen and the front door, and a wheel-chair friendly ramp allows access to both the veranda and deck. The large yard is ideal for a game of soccer or baseball, and there's a fire pit for evening bonfires too.

While you're visiting Prince Edward County, take advantage of the wonderful scenery & country roads, sand dunes & beaches, golf courses & fishing, festivals & farm markets that this island paradise offers. Enjoy a day of tasting and discovery at local wineries and fine dining establishments. Visit the museums, theatre, art galleries, artisans, and antique shops that abound. You won't want to leave and you'll definitely want to return!

NOTICE - Due to record high water levels, the dock will not be available this summer.

NOTE: boat at the dock belongs to the neighbour and is not for use by renters.

Linens, Supplies & Cleaning
  • Blankets and pillows, bath mats and kitchen linens are provided. Sheets, towels,  are NOT included but can be provided for a fee (sheets $15/set, towels $7.50/set)
  • Toilet paper, paper towels, salt & pepper, dish & dishwasher detergent, BBQ propane, and garbage bags are supplied
  • Drinking Water – The water supply comes from a well, therefore Ontario water regulations require that you either purchase drinking water or boil it before using it for drinking.  A water cooler is provided for your use along with one complimentary bottle.
  • Cleaning service is NOT included but can be provided for a fee ($65)
Policies
  • Maximum 8 persons - no more than 6 adults
  • Responsible pet owners and pets are welcome. Pet fee applies $60/week or $12/night. Max 2 pets. Dog kennel available
  • No smoking inside
  • Check-in 4:00 pm; Check-out 11:00 am
  • High Season (Jul-Aug): weekly rentals with Sunday check-in/check-out
  • Low Season: 2 night min; 3 night min for long weekends; monthly rentals from Oct to May
  • Rates are tax exempt
  • $300 refundable security deposit required
