Water view deck adjoins the wrap-around veranda and there’s a screened area on the side facing the road. Dining table & lounge chairs are provided; propane BBQ. Veranda is accessible from kitchen and front door; wheel-chair friendly ramp allows access to veranda & deck
Walk to the Sandbanks; beach pass included – this provides unlimited daytime access to Sandbanks
20 minute drive to Picton for supplies & shopping
2.5 hour drive from Toronto or Ottawa; 4 hours from Montreal

Waterfront	75’ natural wetlands shoreline about 150’ from the house; not recommended for swimming boat launch close by 30’ x 4’ dock with 8’ x 10’ platform; lounge chairs provide a great viewpoint of the local wildlife including swans & geese NOTE: boat at the dock belongs to the neighbour and is not for use by renters
